However, we understand that there might be occasions when you may need to return, exchange, or seek a refund for your purchase. This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such scenarios.

1. Returns and Exchanges:

1.1. Eligibility: Funda Pens will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same pristine condition as when it was received.

1.2. Initiating the Process: To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within the stipulated timeframe. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return/exchange, and photographic evidence if applicable.

1.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

1.4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return/exchange criteria. We will process the requested return or exchange if the item meets these criteria.

2. Refunds:

2.1. Eligibility: Refunds will be considered for purchases made within 30 days from the date of delivery, and only in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

2.3. Return Shipping: Funda Pens will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective or damaged item. Please ensure the item is safely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

2.4. Refund Process: Upon receiving the defective or damaged item, our quality control team will assess the issue. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2.5 Should the refund request be successful: For security reasons, refunds will only be processed to the bank card the purchase was made with. The timeframe in which payment is confirmed is dependent on the bank, payment method and or bank card type.

3. Non-Eligible Items:

Items that are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund include:

  • Items that have been personalized or engraved.
  • Items that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or wear and tear.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers, private or resold purchases or elsewhere that Funda Pens does not recognise and/or acknowledge as a partner.
